Precision Window Tint & Wraps

Five stars for Precision Window Tint & Wraps! I brought in my new car for window tinting and decided to add a ceramic coating as well. The car looks amazing, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Mike was great to work with, and the communication was excellent from the initial online quote through the follow-up calls and updates while they had the car for three days. The entire process was professional and seamless. I would absolutely recommend Precision Window Tint & Wraps!

Just got my windows tinted and first off staff was very well mannered, confirmed my morning appointment, did a walk around the vehicle to make sure rock chips, scratches and weather stripping, price was great for the film I wanted for my windows and overall will return to get my other car tinted aswell. Car looks like a storm trooper and very clean. Thanks guys for the hard work, you guys were attentive to detail and only thing was told for my end is not to roll windows down for atleast a week. Lifetime warranty and they will honor if any bubbling or fingers dont disappear.

Damaged my brand new car and hid from accountability. I brought my 2026 Toyota Corolla here—one day off the dealership lot—to get tints done. Within minutes of picking it up, I noticed they had melted a portion of the window trim on the passenger side with a heat gun. When I confronted them, Melissa at the front desk offered to wrap or replace the trim. I chose replacement. That’s where any semblance of professionalism ended. I asked for written documentation of the damage — a simple, standard request. She told me to message her on Facebook so she could email me something. I did exactly that. She never sent anything. I got a repair quote from the Annapolis Toyota collision center across the street and forwarded it to Precision. Every call I made for an update was met with pushback and lousy excuses. It has now been over five weeks with no resolution and my trim is still melted. On top of this, they returned my car with dirt marks on the seats and soap smeared across the interior panels—on a car that had just left the dealership the day before. Melissa was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional at every turn. This business damaged my property, refused to document it, and stonewal

These guys broke my windshield! And then…… they immediately made it right. They were on the phone with Safelite before they even called me back to show me. Based on having to order the windshield in and wait for the seal to cure it took us a couple of extra visits to get it complete, but the truck looks amazing now. It so much cooler on the inside that I barely have to run the A/C since it’s still spring. A couple of weeks ago it was in the mid 80s and I had the A/C wide open inside. These guys did me right. I’m considering having my bike wrapped. Guess who’s gonna do it. I’ll be back to see these guys again!

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Window Tint. They absolutely went above and beyond for us. They wrapped the roof on my wife’s Acura MDX and tinted the windows, and the quality is top notch—clean, precise, and looks incredible. On top of that, they ceramic coated my 2010 Cadillac CTS-V, and the finish is unreal. The shine, depth, and protection took the car to a whole different level. Professional, detail-oriented, and they truly take pride in their work. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend—easily a 5-star experience!
